I'm Terri and I'm the founder of Terri Jade Skin & Wellness.

Being a busy go-getter myself, I learnt the hard way through multiple stages of burnout that self-care is a non-negotiable.

If I wanted to achieve all of the things, I had to start prioritising myself first and take time to fill my cup back up when I need it.

The flow on effect this has had on my life ever since?

Being able to put my best self back into everything I do. My relationships, my business - you name it!

Wanting the opportunity to help you all unlock your full potential through this philosophy presented the opportunity for my own brand to flower naturally.
